Tim is a serial entrepreneur who has built, scaled, acquired, sold and advised 10 different businesses to over 7 and 8 figures. He has driven 200MM+ in revenue, 40MM+ in paid media spend and 1MM+ customers.

His specialties include acquiring or partnering with entrepreneurs to scale businesses through acquisitions, strategic relationships and marketing. He is also adept at negotiation, digital marketing, email marketing, high-ticket-sales teams, managing CSM teams, structuring and funding acquisitions and assisting in exiting.

A U.S. Navy veteran with over a decade of experience leading high-performing teams, Aaron has held national leadership roles with major home services companies, where he developed and executed training programs that drove multimillion-dollar revenue growth. He worked closely with new acquisitions to accelerate integration, optimize operations, and achieve substantial, sustained revenue growth.   • Crawford Services’ Residential HVAC Service: increased revenue from $3.4 million to $6 million in 6 months

After a decade as a full-time technician, Andy shifted into the role of comfort advisor, where he continues to set new sales records year after year.
